All Ripped City products are made to order. Every item in our store is custom-printed and fulfilled on demand by our production partners (Apliiq and Printify) the moment your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons: Ordering the wrong size Changing your mind after purchase Preferring a different color or style Please review size charts carefully before ordering. If you have sizing questions, email us before you place your order. We stand behind our products — defects and errors are always our responsibility. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked: Manufacturing defects (torn seams, faulty materials) Wrong item received (wrong product, wrong design, wrong color) Significantly poor or misaligned print quality Item damaged during shipping How to report a problem: Email us at support@rippedcityinc.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
